– Completes payment and control expenses.
– Maintains accuracy in processing invoices.
– Post transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining
accounts payable records.
– Ensures the accuracy of the company financial documents for payment, auditing
tax purposes.
– Processes, verifies and reconciliation of invoices.
– Make payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors.
– Records the company’s short-term debts.
– Protects businesses against unintentional overpayments.
– Maintaining historical records
– Produce periodic reports.
– Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping.
– Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Education:

– Accounting Degree Preferred
– QuickBooks Expertise
– 1+ year(s) experience in administrative or accounting
– 3+ months experience in construction or insurance office setting
– A working knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
– Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
– Excellent oral and written skills
– Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
– Technical proficiency with Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,
multi-line phone systems and CRMs (e.g. Acculynx)
