Responsible for coordinating all phases of residential solar installations, ensuring timely and efficient project completion. Schedule and manage site assessments, installations, inspections, and appointments in close collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Work with design and engineering teams for accurate and timely production of project design documents and permits. Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any potential issues or delays. Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Manage and maintain accurate project records using project management software. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely equipment and material delivery. Support customer acquisition and retention efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending improvements to production processes and procedures.
