Once the start date is confirmed, we place an order with the manufacturer for the necessary materials, aiming to have them delivered by the start date, typically scheduling delivery for the day before the project begins. Additionally, we arrange for a dumpster to be delivered, usually a day before or on the morning of the start date, ensuring it is on-site when the work commences.

This process ensures everything is in place and ready, allowing the project to proceed smoothly and efficiently.

Our roofers will get to work. Alongside them, you’ll also see a Superintendent overseeing the work.

*Remember, on this day payment is due:
For retail jobs, it is mandatory to provide 50% of the deposit. Payments must be settled in full on the day of completion.
For insurance jobs, we need the ACV (first insurance check) and deductible payment.
You can schedule a pickup with your roof inspector, mail a check to our office, or pay with a credit/debit card (processing fee applies for the last option).

*Remember that each file is processed and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. It also depends on weather and necessary permits.

*This usually takes place within the next few days after the roof is completed.
